(about 25.5" for 65cm) Once inflated, I released some air until it was the perfect size for my legs to be bent 90 degrees at the knees while sitting on it. Now its not too hard and a comfortable amount of softness to it for doing my exercises. I love the color. It looks just like the picture. The size, shape and color are true as advertised. It seems to have a nice thickness to it, so I expect it will last. I would recommend! Purchased for use at a desk instead of a normal chair and has begun to ease back pain, but you still need to ensure you sit with good posture. Easy to inflate, just takes a little while with the foot pump. Make sure it’s almost rock solid as it does tend to lose some air with constant use. P.s.
