This cream saved my skin. I went from hypersensitive stinging and flaking, patchy dryness to fully recovered soft skin within a week. The cream is definitely on the heavier and thicker side, and I was worried I was going to experience irritation (because at the worse point my skin was reacting to even gentle cleansers meant for sensitive skin), but had absolutely no irritation at all.
