We have 17 pieces from Woll, the only two we do not like are the inserts to the larger pots which claim to improve over stainless. Well we cannot get used to them, they drain differently and disrupt heat flow. Clever concept, but we bet even the company owners don't use these puppies. I am the cleanup person, my wife is an accomplished and capable and creative chef who learned as a child using cast iron and revere ware. She has expectations for heat conduction and heat holding and browning.
