Personally doing Hammer Curls, Goblet Squats, Tricep Extensions, Lunges, Cross body bicep curls, Tricep Kickbacks, Overhead laying pullovers but just be careful as the weight distribution adds that extra difficulty layer. I wouldn’t do standard Kettlebell swings as I would be scared that hammer would go flying. **Q: Can I this hammer be summoned from afar? Was concerned about receiving damaged but seller has obviously addressed this now item well packaged. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Utterly silly and expensive, but I love it! *by V***T on 11 November 2022* Who needs a heavy weight shaped like a hammer? No one does, but now I've got this I'd never give it up. Way more versatile than I thought, especially if you already have some experience with kettlebells, clubbells and maces. So far I've found it excellent for variations of snatches, cleans, presses, circles, mills, rows, curls and squats. It works your grip in ways standard kettlebells don't, and feels surprisingly different to clubbells too. It is an excellent tool for complexes and flows, and I think that's where it really shines. Build quality is excellent, very clean casting with a better balance than the Gravity Fitness ones (and a much nicer handle). It was also packed very well, and arrived quickly. Weight-wise, if you have clubbell/kettlebell experience, the 25lb is great for a light flow, the 35lb better for single-handed heavy complexes. If you don't have clubbell/kettlebell experience, go for the 15lb and look for basic clubbell exercises to start you off. Can't fault it really.
