I never liked the glimpses I saw of him (always accidentally) on television. He seemed too loud and obnoxious. And then I saw him being interviewed on CBS This Morning as a promotion for this book and found that I liked what he said. He was not loud and thoughtfully responded to questions. And his answers made sense. So I decided to get the book.What a delightful read! I didn't agree with some of his opinions, but I had a clear understanding of where he was "coming from". I liked it so much that I decided to get a paperback version for my father, whose views are very much like the views of Bill O'Reilly. Finally there was something I could share and enjoy politically with my father. And that is the main reason I will think of this book with fondness... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ More common sense logic from a logical man *by B***1 on Reviewed in the United States on May 12, 2013* He makes sense. He's logical. He's a straightforward, honest man with clear definitions of right and wrong. He follows his own moral code. He believes the lack of honesty, logic, and morality by our political leaders can and will destroy our country if we don't vote with our brains. He believes that too many of us worship idiot, airhead celebrities that glorify promiscuity and drugs. He believes in personal responsibility, capitalism, and abhors the nanny state that our government is creating. And, he tells you so in concise, logical statements. No wonder the far left loons and the SPs hate him!If you're a conservative, you'll love the book. Get it and read it. If you a far left loon, you'll hate it precisely because it does make sense. Get the book anyway. If it doesn't change your mind (and you don't die from a stroke after reading it), then at least you'll have more to rant and rave about. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A re-run of the O'Reilly Factor *by R***S on Reviewed in the United States on July 5, 2013* If you follow O'Reilly on TV this book will provide nothing new for you. It is mainly just a recap of a lot of Bill's thinking. However, for someone who does not follow him regularly, this book may give you a good insight into what he believes. He is a popular media figure and much of what he says you'll not hear from others in the news profession. It's good to get two sides of an issue and he certainly brings that forth. This book is very short. I think he could have given us lots more for the money.
