The only scary part was that you had to get the film wet and other people say that it had busted their phone...Ok so after the protector got home I got things ready and the sad thing was that when I tried to peel it from the thing and get it wet it wasn't precut :(If I saw it like from the sides I could see the design there but it's like the machine didnt cut it all the way through. So I was like maybe you have to pull hard... I did and all it happened was that I was stretching the hell out of it, so I stopped.I got the old pair of scissors and cut the excess out which wasn't nice because I coudn't get th corners all nice and round since I already had my hand wet and a part of the cover peeled, and since it's gooey it doesnt help. If I knew this from the start I could have used an Xacto or something first but I was hoping it was pre cut like it says otherwise they should seel you a square for 1 buck and you cut it the way you need it... :/As far as getting the thing wet and applying it it is very EASY you can pull it back and align it, once done you just squeegee the excess off. I used the card and the little towel to absorb what came out of the sides. The little bubbles that were left dissipated the day after so that cool and nice.And it seems to be pretty good quality because after I stretched the hell out of it to see if I could tear the excess off and end up witjh the precut to fit all nice and neat it still worked and didn't get all busted.Hopefully your's will come in properly precut... I attached a couple of pics off and on so you can see how it looks once applied. And sadly you can see the outcome of my cuts which suck :( I really wish it didn't look like this since the phone is new so I wanted it to look at it's best. But I prefer this for the time being while something else comes out instead of having the screen all nude.I'll write back to them since others seem to have contacted them back and received a replacement, if all goes well I'll write back to let you all know.Sincerely,AndresPS: So I contacted customer service and they are THE BEST! I was relieved and pleased to find it that was not the case with Klear Kate screen protector.Pros:It's SMOOTH, NO RUBBERY FEEL to it. It feels like there's no screen protector placed, and I was very pleased with that!!Cons:1) It comes pre-cut. The PRE-CUT WAS NOT PRECISE. I had to cut little more to adjust the top portion (where you have your camera). That was not a big deal.2) Although I followed the instructions, wet my fingers etc when I pulled to separate the screen protector from the back sheet my screen protector was torn a bit on the bottom portion. I did not use much force. It's a screen protector after all! I think PRE-CUT WAS NOT DONE ALL THE AROUND. I'm guessing that small area was skipped.So if I were to do it again I would make sure all the pre-cuts are precise and I'll cut it (follow pre-cuts) first BEFORE separating the screen from the sheet that's holding it.I contacted the Customer Service. After I carefully place the new one I'll try to include add the image. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ JUST FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS STEP BY STEP...NO VIDEO NEEDED *by K***A on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on September 3, 2015* RIDICULOUSLY EASY TO APPLY. I didn't get a chance to watch the video. I just followed the step by step instructions. You absolutely will want to wash your hands before handling this product like the instructions state. If you have grit or dirt on your hands or under your nails, it won't be a good result. What I simply did was spray my fingertips with the solution which was included and peeled the protector off the film. For this you want to be under good lighting because you have to pay attention to where the cuts are so you peel it properly. Once you do that, spray both sides real good (don't spray the phone) and line it up on the phone screen. It will slide so you can adjust/align it properly. I have a Galaxy Note Edge so I had to take special care to press the protector down over the curved edge part of my phone. At first it kept lifting up at the edge portion of my phone but I got the squeegee card (also included) and pressed it flat against the film for a few seconds until it adhered. Easy breezy. Very minimal streaks & bubbles. VERY MINIMAL. This is "self healing"so whatever is there should disappear in a few days. I didn't put my phone case back on right away to give the product time to adhere. My touchscreen works fine with it on. It feels like there's something on the screen itself but it's doesn't feel bulky or annoying (does that make sense?)
