This book is wonderful and full of insight. I had to put the book down a few times and shed a few tears because I was able to see where I experienced many things before, that I never had any Father to inform me of. I found myself angry with myself for not knowing but then I gave myself grace because it's ok to not know, but once you do know you do better!...I recommend this book for every teenage girl and also many adult women!

I am a follower and fan of RC Blakes. His videos and teachings has empowered me. I grew up with a present father, but I’ve still experienced my fair share of pain and trauma from coming of age and dealing with men. As a 40+ year old woman, yes, a lot of what he speaks about in the book are things I’m aware of already, however, I’m still glad I purchased the book. It’s been a good starting point for me, as I go on a self love journey, and strengthen my walk with Christ. I’ve got his second book Queenology, and in it, he states it’s the follow up to “The Father Daughter Talk”. For that reason, I decided to purchase it. It was a good, sensible read, which I finished in 2 days. I’ll be holding onto it and passing it along to my niece
