A: Just a single boot.

A: fit my 2013 3.5L ecoboost/flex.  use grease

**Q: Does this include the spring?  The boot & spring are usually replaced as a pair.**
A: Yes, the spring is already in the boot, just pop the old one off and twist this new one on and you are good to go

**Q: Will this fit for a 2011 F150 3.5L Ecoboost?**
A: They fit on my 2012 f150 ecoboost, so I believe they would fit on the 2011 as well but not 100% certain
