Selenium is supposed to be good for people with thyroid issues. I was taking two Brazil Nuts a day for selenium for my thyroid, but Brazil nuts have been hard to find lately. Because of that, I keep this selenium as one of my daily supplements for thyroid health. I get many of my supplements from Life Extension because I trust the brand.
