I noticed an improvement after a few days and continued improvement during the last month. I use it at night after cleaning my face. It is not greasy and absorbs into the skin. The visible dry patches are disappearing, and the horrible itching has become almost non-existent. My skin looks better - more hydrated. My makeup even looks better because the skin underneath is much smoother, a little brighter and hydrated. I wished that my Dermatologist had recommended this years ago instead of prescribing the steroid cream that darkened by skin and was less effective.I ordered another container so that I will not run out.
