I sanded all the gums very easy gentle and little at a time. They fit her overbite now perfectly, **Q: I see a 'bright white' version and a 'natural shade', which look most real and do users prefer?** A: I think most people are happy with the bright Shade. **Q: Will it work with no top teeth?** A: While it does form to the gums up to the bottom of the nose, it does help to have some or partial teeth to anchor to. So I can't say no or yes, just give it a try.
