We bought these to replace dishes that were scratched **Q: Are these dishes a true red?** A: Yes they are!! Bought 2 sets **Q: One of our plates arrived with a chip in it. Would we be able to get one replacement plate sent to us?** A: The plates we got didn't have a chip on them when we got them for Christmas but since then we have got 3 plates with chips and 1 bowl with a chip. We are not very happy with this brand. I asked for replacements but they don't have any left. **Q: Are these dishes nonbreakable** A: I have not broken any of my dishes.
