There are full installation instructions. **Q: What size rebar fit the clips?** A: 1/2 " **Q: How long are these sections and can they be connected together for external lenghts?** A: The sections are 39 3/4" long. The ends are designed to slide together to allow for long lengths. **Q: Can this be used for old construction or new only** A: I used it for a new drainage project. Note: the width doesn't include the rebar notches on the sides. Removed one side with quick cuts with saber saw. The bottom tap outs were easily removed with a couple of taps from a 5-pound sledge. The top steel grates are 2 parts and seem like they should stay in place.
