So many compliments on this, easy to use and helps me with report so I don't have to rewrite head to toe information. Has a section for LDA avatar to draw LTD and discharge planning which for acute care is helpfulUPDATE: I've gotten even MORE compliments from my unit from nurses who have been there a while because it fits in my scrub pants and top pockets. It's small but perfect to keep rewriting updates on if you have patients for multiple days. Each book lasts me 3 months when I work 3 days a week and new patients every other day
