Bon appétit! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best GF spaghetti noodles *by A***S on June 4, 2024* We ordered these looking for a higher protein noodle- didn’t know it was also less carbs than others which we were happy about. Our biggest complaint about normal gluten-free pastas is that they clump together and they don’t keep well without disintegrating. This is not the case for these guys- They’re not mushy and they don’t stick together when being stored as much as others. I can see if you are making a dish with less sauce and more noodle heavy you would be able to taste the actual noodle more- But we used our in an Alfredo, where the sauce is the star, and we were very pleased with the noodle taste and texture.
