I have marked this down a star because the taste is not that great at all. Ot has more a chemically type taste as apposed to a minty taste. It seems to work however. My teeth are sparkly. Texture is like a standard toothpaste. Lasts a decent amount of time. I tend to use more rather than less. Can't comment much on stain removal as I don't have stained teeth but I do drink strong tea and I haven't noticed any stains appear.
