Is this true?** A: I got mine Sept. 2022 and both tubes were wrapped/sealed. As for the person that said the good reviews were fake, that’s a bunch of rubbish. I’m real and my opinion is real. This mascara is amazing. In my 44 years of wearing makeup this is truly the best mascara I’ve ever had. **Q: Is this suppose to come sealed?
