My only wishes are that all 6 of the McGuffey Readers, not just 4 of them, had been included in the teacher's edition; and, that comprehension had been treated more thouroughly, such as giving the specific answers to the textbook questions following the stories in the Readers. This would help to promote independent study and accuracy, etc. However, the book itself is still a great contribution to the classroom. First, the grade levels are broken down for each of the books, and suggestions for phonics are given.
