Für eine 26er Torte sollte man aber 1.000 - 1.500g Fondant nehmen, je nach dem wie viel Böden man hat. Es wird eine Menge über bleiben aber um die Torte Stressfrei einschlagen zu können, sollte man diese Mengen schon benutzen.

lucida, elastica, molto malleabile, il colore è molto intenso, eppure non macchia le mani. Di solito, la pasta di zucchero la faccio da sola, ma il nero viene sempre pallido...per averlo intenso, bisogna metterci un quintale di colorante, che le da uno strano sapore. Questa, pur avendo un colore intenso è davvero buona.
