The wide opening is absolutely perfect and allows for me to load my bag easily and get exactly what I need out of it very quickly. The strong base with feet also provides stability so that it holds its own shape but also allows for flexibility and comfort when it is on your back. The first time I put it on, I noticed immediately the cushioned lumbar support, which is surprisingly comfortable - and also there is a hidden little pocket there where I keep my keys and wallet - so perfect for trips around town and in the city! It is also super stylish (I wore it with a dress and boots around the city today - I actually used it as a purse without any children on my outing!). Also, the zippers are great and I love the little pockets everywhere so everything has its place. This bag has everything! It is heads and shoulders above any other diaper bag (and I've tried many) that I have ever owned.
