We are in the car for at least 3 hours a day, and thought it was high time to invest in making our three hours a bit less exhausting. Enter this memory foam neck support pillow. We did have to make an exchange once; it seems that the quality of the pillow varies. The first pillow we got was terrific, the second terrible, and the third acceptable. Now, though, we both like our pillows. He almost always drives and he takes the less cushy pillow. My brother also got one, after driving our car and raving about the pillow. Reasonably comfortable fit for two very different types of people. I'm 5'0 and 100 lbs and he is 5'9'' and built like a bear, but we both make use of the pillow. It is both soft and supportive. I would have to say if you are short like me, it'll be a bit hard to use it since it doesn't hit your neck in the exact right spot unless you sit up straight (no slouching!). So if you're a sloucher, and short, you should probably pass on the pillow. Pillow makes the commute better.
