When folded, the live and neutral pins are covered by the housing of the charger, while the plastic earth pin sticks out just a few millimetres. The overall package, when folded, is thin, smooth and regular in shape, and packs really easily without scratching other things as it would if the metal pins were exposed. When unfolded and plugged in, the housing is compact enough that it never blocked the switch on the power outlet, or the adjacent outlet. The single USB-C port worked well and seemed to charge at the claimed speed. The main metal prongs do not fold out as in other designs, but swivel around, and thus they seem much less fragile.
