The bag seems to be of good quality but my problem with it is that I can't figure out how to attach it to my scooter. Admittedly, there are so many different scooters out there that it would be hard to write instructions for attaching the holder to all of the various types. But, the instructions and pictures for how to attach it really didn't apply to my particular scooter. I tried to improvise but still haven't been able to attach it. I am keeping it with the hope that I can get a friend to help me figure it out, or I may take it to the store where I bought my scooter and see if they can help. That is why I only gave this 3 stars. I wish it had had additional straps to allow for use with a low back seating situation. It stays in place and does its job. She takes her crutches in and out often. It is a little difficult to get the crutches in past the metal piece that juts out of the back of her scooter, but that's not a problem with the bag. Over time it tore from rubbing against that piece, so I am purchasing a replacement and hope it is still the same!
