(Not worried about poms falling off; but on other retailer sites ppl complained about holes forming!)** A: I purchased these for my wife for Christmas (from a local retailer) and she loved them, for about 3 weeks until they both wore through in the heel area. They were never worn outside but our home has hardwood floors in the living room. Fortunately I had purchased them locally and was able to return for a refund. It was hard to believe these were UGG brand. **Q: How do they come packaged? In an UGGS box or plastic just to differentiate from being a fake?** A: As I recall, the socks were received in a sealed plastic bag, not a box. I didn’t think they were fake and I was satisfied with the purchase; however, having never owned an Ugg product prior to this purchase, I can’t say for certain that they were originals and not knock offs . **Q: I wear size 11W.
