Why not in the morning, after breakfast?** A: The collagen should be taken at least an hour after your last meal - preferably longer. If taken too close to a meal it will get broken down by stomach acid digesting your meal and won't absorb very well. Also skin cell regeneration is slightly faster at night than during the day so you will get more effective skin effects through the night. If it is more convenient to take in the morning then you can try this but it should be on an empty stomach. **Q: Is this product benificial just for women or can men benifit also.? Reason I ask is because as far as i can see, most of the reviews are from women.** A: I don't see any reason why men can't take it,would probably get the same benefits I think it might be more women on here as they are more into supplements than men. **Q: IT says MARINE source, as in from fish.
