A: There isn't any info on the bloom that I can see.

**Q: Is this gelatine safe for use in making jellies?**
A: Yes. The good thing is that you have control of how firm you want your jelly. It was one of the most useful things I have bought and would recommend it. You can add your own flavours to it be it fruit, sweet or savoury. Happy cooking.

A: It says on the packet it's bovine gelatine but doesn't give any more details.  Manufacturers website is sleafordqf.com

A: Hi, I added a heaped table spoon to a jello box to make the regular recipe stiffer. It worked well. That's all I can say. Hope it helps!
