Do you click a button every time the swimmer takes a stroke?** A: Not sure of the science behind it, but the watch has a function so you press the button at the extension of a full stroke and then stop it again, at the extension of the 3rd stroke. So if you imagine breastroke as the swimmer glides, you start the watch then when they hit the glide on the 3rd stroke the watch will tell you the strokes PM. ie, could be anything from mid 20's to 50 I suppose depending on the swimmer/event. **Q: Can you mute any beeps or sounds so it is silent?** A: There is not a volume control on the stop watch, I use mine for racing so its not a problem **Q: Hello, I am sorry for the weird question.
