I've used it to repair or patch up so many items. Repaired a large heavy duty plastic plant pot that got a 6 inch slice cut in it by a strimmer. It's been about 3 years now sitting outside in all weathers with no sign of it coming off. Some slight lifting on edges only after 3years and having been carried and shunted around full of earth and tree - amazing! I also used clear version to repair a plastic watering can split in several different places again left outside with no sign of deterioration. I must say though when making this sort of repair it is essential to thoroughly clean/degrease the surface first. I mainly use acetone but other solvents, meths, etc also work. If applicable test solvents on an inconspicuous place to be on safe side. So many other uses and solutions to problems.
