Spots there are generally caused by pustular seborrheic dermatitis, not acne, and that's a type of eczema. Hair products like shampoo can actually be the cause. This certainly helped mine to clear up. **Q: Do you need to use a conditioner with this shampoo ?** A: I don't personally use a conditioner after using this shampoo as I find it leaves my hair soft, shiny and tangle free, whereas before I had to use tons of conditioner to get rid of the tangles. **Q: Does this shampoo contain any harsh alcohol** A: Not that I can see on the label it’s very gentle as other shampoos iratate my scalp **Q: Does it make your hair greasy?** A: Not sure. This shampoo did not work for my daughter. She said it was fine for 3/4 washes and then it did not work.
