**Q: Whats better an athm50x with an impedance of 38ohms or dt770 with 32 ohms impedance and why? thanks 4 ur time**
A: Impedance doesn't determine sound quality. It's simply a measure of the electrical resistance of the voice coil. A key factor is the output drive capability of your source, and given you are talking about two headsets with only 6 ohms difference, then the impedance isn't really a deciding factor for you.  Your decision which to purchase needs to be made on the sound quality, not on the impedance rating. You either need to listen to both headphones and make your comparison, or hope that somebody has listened to both and can make a comment. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the audio performance.

**Q: Would these suitable for use with a digital piano? Should be good for monitoring "pure" sound. Roland headphones are 32 ohm. Would the 80 ohm be OK ?**
A: Hmmm... well the 80ohm version does have lower sound volume when I've used it on iPad and now on Xperia Z4, so I use a FiiO Mount Blanc amp to boost the signal. However, when using with my Marantz amp's headphone output, there's no problem whatsoever, so it depends upon the Roland Keyboard's headphone amp output capabilities. Why not check with Roland's tech support, or buy the 32ohm version for only £18's more, if you're not sure.

**Q: On the 32 ohm variant, the cable is 1.6m. are these actually comfortable to use when out and about? i want to use them when i'm running.**
A: Maybe. I didn't find them comfortable at all, so I looked for an upgrade. Even a 32ohm I would couple them with a portable amp to sound decent. I have the 80 ohm and they are the least efficient headphones I came across. In any case, regarding comfort: I think they are a bit to heavy for running. The pads are to stiff and not deep enough, pressing on and around the ear. 
Also sound is a mixed bag: mids and highs sound clear and accurate but the bass falls apart. 
Generally I would not recommend big heavy wired over-ears for exercise. I sue Bose QC35II for outdoor, and wireless ear buds for running/exercise. Yes they do not sound as good, but the convenience is off the chart. 
Ultimately for indoor listening I upgraded to the DT1990pro, which are amazing in the 300-400 pound range (better than the 
Sennheiser HD660s, very similar, but still better than the HifiMan sundaras, which I also tested). Gifted them to my wife and treated myself to the HifiMan Arya Stealth as my endgame which I can also recommend whole heartedly, if you can afford them (perfect sound and comfort).
The HD660s (or something cheaper in the sennheiser line) could be a consideration as over-ear wired running head-phones: The are open, so your ears don't get instantly sweaty. They are much lighter and have good fit. Shorter cables can be bought for a few bucks. They leak sound, but that should be irrelevant while running and never use them in the rain ... of course.
They in fact have really nice midrange, but lacking bass and treble - with some EQ they can sound alright but cannot touch the DT1990pro - I use the HD660s mainly for podcast and youtube ...

**Q: hi there, i have been recommended the 80 ohms for gaming on pc without an amp. i would like to know what model i should get either studio or monitor?**
A: The monitors are intended more for drummers, as they block out even more noise than the studios. So you would prefer the monitors for gaming.
