I took the plunge after getting fed up with my cheap kit and was instantly so pleased I did . This 5000 series is brilliant. So many very easily changeable attachments mean you can do whatever you need to keep your beard looking sharp. The battery lasts for ages too which is nice. I'd suggest there may be a few too many attachments as I think I've used about five so far and that's only because I tried to mix it up a bit... I use three regularly. The little foil attachment makes a lot of noise but disproportionately to how much it does... doesn't get as close as a proper foil shaver would but then it's one of loads of heads at a very reasonable price so can't complain too much about that! This shaver is great and comes with so many attachments.To help avoid confusion if you buy this.. I spent a while figuring out how the nose trimmer and the precision trimmer fit on. Doesn’t clearly state in the instructions but alongside swapping the 1mm,2mm,3mm shaving guards on top of the wide metal shaver head, you can also unclip the actual metal shaver head itself.
