Allen wrench, anything that I can magnetize and it works. I really didn’t think it was gonna demagnetize very well, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly that part works as well. It gives you two ways to demagnetize. The whole at one end and then an intention on the other end. Magnetizing, it only takes a few swipes back-and-forth and whatever you’re trying to magnetize is magnetized and really well. I magnetized that screwdriver and I could immediately pick up a lot of screws that were able to be picked up by magnet. I immediately stuck the screwdriver through the hole at the top and went back-and-forth two or three times and then tried to pick up the same screws and it only picked up a few because the screws themselves were magnetized not because the screwdriver was. So I got a new set of screws that hadn’t been magnetized and I tried it again to run the screwdriver through the demagnetizer just twice, and it would not pick up a single screw. It really comes in handy and it works extremely well.. So the size fits in your hand and it’s not too heavy, but you can tell it’s good quality.
