Problem is they are pretty flimsy. I was very skeptical. But they're working for me very well. I found it a little tougher to get them to fit into the headgear. But once they were locked in, no problem. I had to adjust my straps on the headgear to loosen them slightly. I suspect that may be the problem for those complaining these nasal pillows "collapsed" on them. I will definitely buy more when they become available again.
