So I used according to the instructions on beige coloured leather. Only a small quantity was required to cover. It dried quickly and there was no colour change. Time will tell how much it protects from spills etc. I then used both cleaner and ‘oil’ on an two 25 year old settees which had begun to show signs of leather drying out since I’d never treated them. This required about 125ml to coat as the ‘oil’ was quickly absorbed. After drying ( a few hours) the leather returned to an even colour ( some blotches when applied), and the suppleness of the leather is markedly improved. No it isn’t like new but it is very much better than before treatment. I have used this for some years now and my sofa is still cream, not cracked etc.. Good for general cleaning and protection. Not remove brio however. The product was recommended by the shop where I bought the suite from. **Q: Is this suitable for DFS cherish leather furniture** A: I use this on my leather settee and chairs. It would be best to do a test first as suggested in the instructions. **Q: Can you use on calfskin sofa** A: We cannot see why not.
