**Q: The strap needs to be fixed, the cushion falls down, maybe stitching?**
A: I find with weight in bag it stays in place, maybe just need to adjust the length of the strap.

**Q: I carry an inzone retriever pole that collapses to 18” in length. will i be able to carry that in this bag with no problem?**
A: I carry a Bird Dog Retriever that collapses to about 15". I carry 2 discs outside, 2 in each pocket inside, and maybe 2 more in the main part inside with the retriever and a towel. I am not sure that anything bugger would fit.

**Q: Why the price for a poor quality bag. Take it back to the table and rethink the webbing for bottle, balance, grommets falling out. Played maybe 4 rou**
A: Thank you for the feedback. In our most recent iteration of this bag, we have removed the mesh webbing water bottle holder.

**Q: How well does this bag stand up when off the shoulder? Does it have  enough structural integrity to remain upright and open?**
A: It doesn’t remain upright. We hook it to our belts or belt loops; we don’t use it as a shoulder bag.
