A traditional forequarter cut, brisket of beef has an open texture and depth of flavour that benefits from slow cooking for a comforting home-cooked meal. 680g serves 3-4 people.  A boneless brisket rolled joint has had the bones and internal fat removed, and the outside fat trimmed to a maximum thickness of 8mm. All of our beef is certified Scotch Beef, naturally raised and predominantly grass fed on Scottish farms, with full traceability to farm and feed. Orders are prepared here in Linlithgow, by hand, by our skilled butchers and delivered to your door fresh, so you can consume from fresh within a few days or freeze if you prefer.
