Sitting down or laying on top, this wrap provides tremendous heat to relax my body. It's got several heat settings, even at the middle range, it provides a powerful warmth. Initially I tried the highest setting, which was way too hot. These last couple of weeks, I'll probably continue to use it in the middle settings.
