The double-sided structure is efficient, it's compact and can slip easily into a bookbag or larger purse for quick on-the-go spelling practice during travel. It looks a bit scant on the words covered, but that's due to the efficient, double-sided design. There are roughly 40 words to keep a child occupied before getting bored, so it's better as a supplement than primary learning tool. The only downside to this is that there isn't a full range of consonent phoneme blends at both the beginning and end of words. Some, like 'sh' are only at the beginning.
