Used dehydrator and acid free primer from Naio Nails, then did a thin base layer with this gel, put my hand in the lamp and then started building my nails on top (with a form). Had no lifting, except for one finger where I forgot to file the surface of the nail so it didn't have what to stick on. Fixed that and had no problem!
