The rubber grips very tightly and gives a professional look to the shutter as if it should have been there from the start. Very pleased with the way this worked out.

**Q: Is the product uv stable?**
A: Possibly is. I use it for car door edge protection. Haven't had any problems

**Q: Is this non slip? (Could I put this at the bottom of a mirror for it to free stand)**
A: Sounds reasonable but I haven't tried it. I used it to edge a piece of metal.

**Q: will this be suitable for a replacement seal for the tail light in my car? would it make a water tight seal?**
A: I have used it for a similar application, and it works very well. Water tight seal? depends on surfaces - provided all ok then should be water tight.

**Q: Is this really soft rubber?**
A: From memory it's quite soft, yes.  Easy to manipulate and flex.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for a home made Rebel Pilots helmet

I made my own Star Wars X-Wing Pilot Helmet and this was the perfect trim to add to the bottom edge of the helmet. Its very similar in spec to what was used on the original props and only needed a little CA glue to hold it in place. Worked perfect and added just the right detail to my project.
