**Q: how well do they ride on carpeting?**
A: The cars ride very well on flat not tufted carpet as well as hardwood.  They are the best in this type of car and highly recommended.  My grandchildren love them!

**Q: Is the fabric part of the car machine washable? Thanks!**
A: Yes but I think it would break the mechanism of the car to machine wash but they could be hand washed. Easily

**Q: Age appropriate?**
A: We received this gift for our 1 years old at his birthday party and it was perfect timing, I think once a little one is sitting up and interested in things that go it's perfect. They sail across hardwood floors and we've bought them for others around the same age. We still have them and my 2 1/2 yr old now and 4 yr old still play with them every once in a while.

**Q: At what age do kids outgrow this? (What is the top of the age range that will enjoy this?)**
A: I'm 33 and I'm enjoying play with them with my son, so I don't know that there really is a hard limit.  My 10yo, 8yo, and 5yo are also enjoying them, so far.  (They were a gift for the 1yo.)  But what age kid would I recommend this for primarily - probably 1-3 years, but it depends quite a bit on the kid.
