The adjustment knobs are chunky solid plastic with steel inserts as are the adjustable feet. The feet can be screwed in/out to real or hide steel spikes. The front/butt supports offer plenty of adjustment for rifles of different designs and are such that they could easily be modified to suit a rifle if required. A feature it's missing and perhaps could be a version 2 would be to telscope the main arm to accommodate a longer or shorter rifle if needed. Highly recommended. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great item for the price! *by J***H on 9 March 2023* Quite surprised by this, I was expecting to be disappointed given that it's less than half the price of various similar models, but it turned out to be very well made. Good and solid once fitted together I like the ability to lock either end at the chosen height and the central height adjustment is great too. Not too long so it should fit most shooting tables/benches and the 3 legs can be individually adjusted to get it level to start. The front pad is quite firm but it does hold a rifle well Only small negatives is that the instructions aren't much use when putting it together, you do better to use the picture on the box as a guide! But even so it only took a few mins to assemble. Also it could do with a pad on the bottom of the rear stock holder ( to protect your pride & joy!) I stuck a small piece of foam on mine.
