It's really great, was easy to put together and it works, tried it against a synthesizer and all the flickering is quite spectacular. The only downside that it was probably a bit too easy to assemble, so even if you're a complete beginner I'd recommend considering slightly more advanced kits. But since then I haven't done much, apart from an electronics course I had to take in college.I recently decided to get a bit more into this sort of stuff and thought one of this kits would be a good starting point to refresh my memory in the soldering techniques and all that.It probably took me 2 or 3 hours to build this, so not too long, it's easy enough and the instructions are quite good actually. And the most important thing, it worked!
