**Q: Does this need to be stored in the fridge or can it be left out if covered?**
A: It can be left out on a cool surface. Possible given a smear of olive oil and then covered with a tea towel or similar cloth. Mine came with an excellent knife.

A: Sorry can not help,will say the thin end is very dry.

A: Yes. It seems all their products are sealed in that way so they can be distributed by normal Royal Mail post service.

**Q: Does anyone know the best way to store this once opened, and how long could it be stored for? thank you**
A: Once you open and cut the ham keep it in a cool room, there’s usually a strip of wax on the ham that you can keep and place over the cut meat to keep it fresh. If you don’t have the piece of wax use a piece of plastic. The ham should keep for a good two months if kept on the stand and covered with the wax or plastic.
