That also reduces the noise quite considerably but do so at your own risk & never leave unattended.Its not really adjustable as when you turn from low to full u can't tell the difference.It cuts out immeadiately if you knock it.As I said it does the job I bought it for.Seems well built. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Winter warmer *by J***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 February 2018* Iam adding this to the review. Prior to this the heater seemed ok. Produced loads of heat. Did nt use as much gas as I expected. I downgraded it from 5 to 2 stars. Went to use it today and the heat regulator stuck on low heat. Could not adjust the heat after that. And that is after a couple of weeks use about half a 19kg gas bottle. Not much use if its not reliable. This was ''repaired'' by Clarkes, but when returned still did not work. It was then replaced with a new one. This lasted a few days and packed up with an electrical fault - kept tripping the fuse box.This was returned for repair, but due to lockdown I did not get anything back for several months. I then received another new machine. This has only recently been used and again this is also faulty. The flame is not burning properly and unburnt gas is causing headaches and eye problems.
