The HumidX cartridges have been great; no dry nose, moth or passages. I was skeptical, too, but I couldn’t keep hauling my regular home Resmed unit with humidifier through airports. New European Union checkpoint regs make you take out every CPAP item. This processed was highly minimized after getting the AirMini, and the HumidX cartridges. **Q: Are these HumidX plus good indefinitely, then 30 days once the packet is opened?** A: The HumidX’s do not have a best use by date on the package. They work as expected ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Less Expensive *by D***S on June 15, 2024* Imagine my surprise when I discovered you can order some parts for a CPAP machine through Amazon! AND, they are cheaper, AND, they're delivered more quickly! These are specific to certain travel CPAP machine(s). I had an unused humid cartridge for my RESMed AirMini CPAP machine, so I could easily see it would work. They attach to the headpiece/mask part of my machine about 4-5 inches down. These cartridges are to be used for a short period of time for sanitary reasons (humidity breeds germs). They come individually packed to be opened when you plan to use. Here is the copy from the ResMed site regarding these cartridges: "Does the ResMed AirMini come with an attachable humidifier? The AirMini features waterless humidification using ResMed's HumidX and HumidX Plus cartridges, eliminating the need for a separate humidifier." Ordering these from Amazon is awesome!
