He also refuses to eat a full dinner before bed time so I suspected he was waking up hungry. Once I started using this he started sleeping better. He enjoys the taste (I assume, he drinks his entire bottle). I’ve always used holle for his formula so I trust their ingredients and nutrients for being free of harmful chemicals. Great value for the money with how long it lasts. I’ve used this repeatedly and will continue to do so.
