In order to be compatible, it must be wired in the correct polarity (all Yamaha keyboards are) AND have an CC pedal input. A very quick Google of 'Yamaha P125 specs' reveals that this model does not have such an input and so will not work with an FC7. Your alternative option is to use an in-line stereo audio volume pedal, such as a Boss FV-500L.
