John Tracy is well known around the Central Florida area as a very talented and seasoned project/program/portfolio manager. John has also taught PMI based project management for years. One of my PMP's told me he was the best PM professor they had ever had.There are a lot of great theory texts out there, but not many great case study books.  This is one of them.John weaves his "boots on the ground" experience into the formal PM framework in a way that encourages learning. A great tool to help less experienced understand the PMBOK..
