And allowed me to rehabilitate my ReelWorks hose reel, which was a terrible design using all plastic parts. Cox Reels did an excellent job with this part, using two metal plates that sandwich the 4 roller axels - it's a brilliant design! This roller assembly works great - in fact, much better than my system ever worked. Two things to remember when working with this roller system: 1) Make sure to place tape on all 4 edges if you remove the screws and nuts that sandwich the halves together. The tape will keep it assembled. 2) Check the height of the rollers against your application as you may need to use spacers between your interface and this roller assembly. I used 1/4 spacers in my application and it worked perfect. Thank you Cox Reels!
